Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Delivery Methods
We offer the following delivery methods:
- Home Delivery - Black Cat Delivery, Hsinchu Logistics
- Store Pickup - 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, Hi-Life
- Self-Pickup at Store - Taipei Store (by appointment)
1.2 Shipping Instructions
After your order payment is confirmed, we will arrange shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays). Actual delivery time depends on the logistics company's operating schedule.
1.3 Shipping Fees
- Home Delivery: Free shipping for orders over NT$1,000, otherwise a NT$100 shipping fee applies.
- Store Pickup: Free shipping for orders over NT$800, otherwise a NT$60 shipping fee applies.
- Self-Pickup at Store: Free shipping.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
2.1 Physical Products (French Desserts)
For food safety and hygiene reasons, once physical dessert products are sold, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. However, exceptions apply in the following situations:
- Defective or damaged products (please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product)
- Incorrect delivery (wrong product or incorrect quantity)
- Expired or spoiled products
※ Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt. If there are any issues, please take photos and keep the complete packaging for subsequent processing.
2.2 Digital Products (Atelier Membership Subscription)
According to Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, digital products are considered "digital content not provided in tangible media." Once activated, they are non-refundable. However, exceptions apply in the following situations:
- System malfunction leading to inability to use normally (refund issued after confirmation)
- Duplicate billing (excess amount refunded)
- Cancellation requested before activation (full refund)
2.3 Refund Processing Time
Once a refund application is approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Actual crediting time depends on the operating schedule of each financial institution.
3. Order Modification and Cancellation
3.1 Order Modification
After an order is placed, if you need to modify shipping information or product details, please contact customer service before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
3.2 Order Cancellation
- Physical Products - Can be canceled before shipment, full refund.
- Digital Products - Can be canceled before activation, full refund; cannot be canceled after activation.
4. Membership Subscription Instructions
4.1 Subscription Cycle
- Monthly Subscription - Automatically renews every month, can be canceled anytime.
- Annual Subscription - One-time payment for 12 months, enjoy a discounted price.
4.2 Canceling Subscription
You can cancel your subscription anytime in your Shopify account. After cancellation, you can still use the service until the end of the current period; it will not expire immediately.
※ For annual subscriptions, the remaining months' fees are not refunded upon cancellation.
4.3 Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades - Takes effect immediately, pay the difference.
- Downgrades - Takes effect in the next billing cycle.
5. Anti-Fraud Reminder
- TELAPA will not ask you to provide credit card information or perform ATM operations via phone calls or text messages.
- All refunds are returned through the original payment method; you will not be asked to make additional transfers.
- If you receive suspicious messages, please contact official customer service directly for confirmation.

FAQ
How long after ordering can I receive my goods? Can I specify a delivery date during the Mid-Autumn Festival?
During the Mid-Autumn Festival (September 15th), we regret that we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date. We will arrange shipments according to your chosen delivery cycle to ensure fresh delivery. Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 3–5 business days, and the actual delivery time will depend on the logistics and delivery conditions.
Is the gift box suitable for vegetarians?
All gift boxes in this series are lacto-ovo vegetarian. Some items contain salted egg or rum, which are noted in the ingredient list. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
Shelf Life and Storage Instructions
Can be stored at room temperature for 7 days, or refrigerated for 14 days. To maintain optimal flavor and texture, it is recommended to store in the refrigerator and allow it to return to room temperature before consumption.
Does the gift box contain allergens?
This product contains wheat flour, eggs, and dairy products; some items contain nuts or alcohol. Individuals with allergies to these ingredients should exercise caution before consumption.
Delivery Scope and Shipping Fee Instructions
Currently, delivery is available to Taiwan's main island only (excluding outlying islands). A single order over NT$15,000 qualifies for free shipping. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of NT$170-300 will be charged (based on quantity). Delivery times to some remote areas may be extended.
Do you offer corporate gifting and customization services for bulk orders?
We offer corporate bulk purchases and customization services (including blessing cards and gift box packaging). For quantity and delivery times, please inquire in advance via LINE customer service, and we will arrange a dedicated representative to assist you.
