PROPOSAL PRESENTATION

Based on your needs, we will provide customized menu suggestions, service plans, and quotes, and arrange an online or in-person meeting to discuss details.

Response time: Within 3 business days

CONFIRMATION & CONTRACT

After confirming the menu, service content, and schedule, a contract will be signed, and a deposit paid to secure your date.

Suggested lead time: 20 days

EVENT EXECUTION

Our chef team will arrive on time to set up, prepare, and serve, ensuring a smooth and satisfying event for all guests.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How far in advance should I book?

A: We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance to ensure availability and sufficient preparation time. For peak seasons (e.g., year-end, wedding season), we suggest booking 60+ days in advance.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We primarily serve Taipei City and New Taipei City. Other areas such as Taoyuan, Hsinchu, etc., can be discussed based on event scale and budget, and may incur additional transportation fees.

Q: How do you calculate the number of servings?

A: We base it on the confirmed number of attendees. We will recommend an appropriate quantity and variety of desserts to ensure every guest can enjoy them.

Q: Can you accommodate special dietary needs?

A: Yes! We can offer gluten-free, low-sugar, vegan, and other special dietary options. Please inform us when booking, and we will customize the menu for you.

Q: What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

A: For cancellations 14 days or more before the event, 50% of the deposit will be refunded; for cancellations 7-14 days prior, 30% of the deposit will be refunded; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability.
