TELAPA 攜手與TriBake 樂芽合作｜透過美味糕點為殘疾人提供幫助

TriBake樂芽 was founded by Yvonne Chen, a kind-hearted and empathetic person who, during her internship, witnessed the difficulties that people with disabilities face in finding employment. She envisioned creating a friendly working environment that would empower them to learn new skills and find their place in society. With this vision, TriBake樂芽 was born. What is truly remarkable about Yvonne is that she understands the challenges of disability employment, and by lending a helping hand and cultivating their skills, she is already changing the lives of her disabled partners. During a conversation with Yvonne, we discovered that we share similar goals – she has the physical resources and I have the technical skills, and so we came up with a collaboration plan to make TriBake’s products even more delicious.

As a consultant for TriBake樂芽, I worked with the team to develop new products, improve their quality, and provide them with technical and theoretical knowledge. Collaborating with them was an incredibly rewarding experience as I was able to witness firsthand how education and working with people with disabilities can have a profound impact on their lives. It was heartwarming to see how our mentorship and guidance could inspire them to be their best selves. Through this experience, I have come to appreciate the importance of empowering people with disabilities and providing them with opportunities to succeed in life.

At the same time, this collaboration has also made me reflect deeply on how our knowledge and resources can be used to benefit the social community. It’s not enough to just have a business that provides high-quality products and services – we must also consider how we can give back and create a better society. Working with TriBake樂芽 has taught me that by harnessing our skills and resources, we can make a positive impact on the world around us.

Working with TriBake樂芽 has been an inspiring experience that has taught me so much about the power of collaboration and community building. By working together and empowering people with disabilities, we can create a more inclusive and compassionate society. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Yvonne and the TriBake team, and I look forward to continuing our partnership in the future.
